What video do I get?
Each order includes one 10-second 720p MP4 from your photo. The price is $9.90 (720p). AI results vary; check the face, movement and sound before sharing.
Which photo should I upload?
Use a clear photo of one adult, with the face and upper body visible and room around them. A window and curtains help establish the scene. Only use a photo of yourself or an adult who has given permission.
Photo and framing checklistHow long does it take, and what if it fails?
Generation starts after payment; the model and queue affect the wait, so there is no fixed completion time. Follow progress on your order page. A technical generation failure lets you retry the same order with its original photo, while that photo is retained, without paying again; it does not automatically refund the payment.
Do I need an account, and how do I return?
No account is required. Save your order link and keep this browser’s site data until you download the video. The link alone does not restore access on another device; contact support with the order number if you lose access.
How are my files stored and deleted?
Photos are private and deleted automatically 7 days after upload. Finished videos are kept for 30 days after they finish. Download before expiry; for deletion requests or access help, contact support with your order number.
