A: Use a clear photo of one adult, with the face and upper body visible and room around them. A window and curtains help establish the scene. Only use a photo of yourself or an adult who has given permission.

### Q: How long does it take, and what if it fails?
A: Generation starts after payment; the model and queue affect the wait, so there is no fixed completion time. Follow progress on your order page. A technical generation failure lets you retry the same order with its original photo, while that photo is retained, without paying again; it does not automatically refund the payment.

### Q: Do I need an account, and how do I return?
