Operator and models

Window Peeper is operated by Li Rui as an individual. Video generation uses Wan 3.0 (wan/3-0-video) through Kie.ai. Automated output safety review uses Gemini 3.8 Flash through Kie.ai. We are independent of these providers.

Review before delivery

Generated videos, including their audio, are checked before preview or download. Uncertain results and repeated review errors are held privately for manual review. We record model results and human decisions. A rejected video is not delivered or automatically regenerated; contact support with the order ID for review and any refund. Safety checks do not establish consent or guarantee that every violation will be detected.

Content standards

Sexual or NSFW content, pornography, nudification and sexual exploitation are prohibited.

Violence, gore and graphic injury are prohibited.

Hate speech and content attacking protected groups are prohibited.

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized minors and any other child-unsafe content are prohibited.

Deepfakes, face swaps and impersonation of real people are prohibited.

Copyright and trademark infringement, including use of unlicensed protected material, are prohibited.

These rules apply to uploads, generation requests, outputs and shared content. Uploaded photos are subject to automated safety checks. Do not bypass safety filters. Report violations through the report page or our support email; we may block generation, remove content and suspend access under these terms.

Using the service

Window Peeper lets you create short AI videos from a photo. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use it.

Your content and consent

Only upload photos of yourself or of adults who have given you permission. Do not upload photos of minors, celebrities or public figures, and do not use the service to harass, impersonate or deceive anyone. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules.

Generated videos

You may use the videos you create for personal and social media purposes. AI output can contain mistakes; review a video before sharing it. Videos are labelled as AI-generated: keep that label, say the video is AI-generated when you share it and never present it as real footage of an event.

Reports and removal

Anyone can report content through our report page. We review reports and remove content that breaks these terms or someone’s rights within 48 hours. Removed photos are blocked from being uploaded again, and accounts involved in serious or repeated violations may be closed without a refund of used credits.

Single-video orders and payments

Each new order pays for one 10-second video at 720p, using the photo linked to that order. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Payment confirmation starts generation. A failed generation can be retried from the same order without another payment; a completed new version requires a new order. Any historical credit balance remains recorded separately. Payments are handled by our payment partner, whose checkout terms also apply.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but provide it as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
